MISS DISILGOLD.COM: At first glance, you’re a ‘chocolate hottie’ most American girls would love to hang you up on their wall as a trophy? How does it feel to be the most admired man online ?
NGO: Being desired and admired is a great feeling. I love all my supporters and fans. I would not be here if it were not for them. It shows that they believe in me and support all the hard work I put in every day.

MISS DISILGOLD.COM: What does it take for men to get hard abs like Ngo?
NGO: The keys to getting hard abs is nutrition and exercise. We all have abs, but the problem is that many people have layers if fat covering it. Once the guys are able to eat healthier and exercise, the abs will start to show and they will be on their way to getting a six pack.

MISS DISILGOLD.COM: It’s said that Ngo exudes sex appeal, charm and what I would even call ‘intelligent energy’ where a man knows what he wants in life and goes for it? Is your body or physique rather, a weapon for success or mass destruction being that men like Terrell Owens, Tyrese and Chad Ochocinco with the muscle clad fit and chiseled bodies seem to run into controversy. Or should I not even mention your name in the same breadth as these actors. In other words is film and acting where you are going or can we expect to see you running for president one day?

NGO: Every man is in this business for their reasons and I don’t concern myself with they do or the things they do to succeed. My body is just one part of me. There hundreds of guys with bodies just like mine or better. My life is completely drama free. I don’t need to use controversy to attract attention to myself. If you do great things and create amazing work, the attention will. I honestly think that what separates me from other guys is my brain. Film, acting and producing are in my immediate future. I’m currently developing a film script for production. Keep an eye out for it.

MISS DISILGOLD.COM: There is so much to you than meets the eye. I am just wondering if you are aware of your strong sense of fashion. I see your name on major men’s fashion labels, too. Am I right?
NGO: You’re definitely right. I believe that fashion should be individual. No one should dress like anyone else. I’ve done work for Nike, Reebok, Adidas and Under Armour.

MISS DISILGOLD.COM: What about billboards and a few oscar nominated movies? Is this too much to ask?
NGO: I was on billboards nationwide for a clothing line by name of Schott NYC a few years ago. I’m targeting the big Billboards in Time Square next. Down the road, and Oscar nominated movies are on the menu for the future.

MISS DISILGOLD.COM: It is evident that film and fashion could be other fortes if you desire them at this point, but you are on a whole another mission as a producer/director for a debut film, right?
NGO: Yes it is. I want to produce and star in my own films because I like to create things. I like to tell stories. It’s like having an idea in your and then having it come to life, moving and breathing in a film. My first producing project is my documentary.

MISS DISILGOLD.COM: What is your new film,Three Rounds, all about and what influenced you to go in this direction and launch a foundation for youth?
NGO: My documentary film, ‘Three Rounds’ is a family story which follows my life as a youth in Nigeria, coming to America and finding success through hard work and then going back to Nigeria to give back. Boxing has given and taught me so much. It taught me discipline, hard work and perseverance. I want to give underprivileged kids in Nigeria an opportunity to learn these life skills at an early age which will help them become better people and also keep them .off the streets.

MISS DISILGOLD.COM: This project your working on is larger than any film or fashion line you could ever work on because it takes will power, but it seems like your physical form proves you’ve got that and so, how does Ngo stay in such great shape?
NGO: This film project that I’m working on is so important because its bigger than me, its bigger than fashion and its bigger than acting. It is about changing lives. I have to stay strong throughout the process of making this film, so I stay in shape with a combination of boxing and weight training. I do my running and boxing first and then I lift weights afterwards. There are no short cuts. It took hard work to get in the kind of shape that I’m in and takes even harder work to keep it.

LITERARYDISH.COM TEAM: What is your favorite exercise tip for athletes who want abs like Ngo? And is s there a workout tape in development?
NGO: My go-to exercise for abs is a combination of a 60 second plank followed by twisting sit-ups. That gets my entire abdominal area. I actually have a downloadable workout series. It will be on my website shortly. Once downloaded, it will be as though you have me with you while you’re working out.
