Eric Holder Imprisonment for Contempt of Congress Charges Highly Unlikely

Attorney General Eric Holder  has been held in contempt for supposedly not handing over documents for the  ”Fast and Furious  Operation”  which lead to thousands of armed weapons landing in the hands of low level. criminals all in an attempt to perform a sting operation on the big drug cartels. An American citizen who was shot in a sting operation was found to be killed with one of these reported missing weapons which prompted the whole conspiracy theory and blame on the operation.

When Eric Holder was asked to  turn over documents of the operation he simply did not because he already turned in all documents. As a result, he was  labeled in contempt witchcraft style, but in doing so there could have been a possible breech of security for many lives for these armed decoys address, families and names would be exposed.

With today’s technology websites pop up with information exposing content as such and it would be a sheer travesty. At the same time, is it possible that these movies on the big screen are sharing truth about how criminals are used to catch criminals and pardoned with immunity or less jail time for doing so.  After all, who else would infiltrate criminal cartels but criminals seeking freedom, amnesty, citizenship,  immunity or pardon from past crimes. It makes sense so why do the Republicans want to expose this.

And shame on Congress for trying to force hand this sensitive information in the light of a critical election year in lieu of attempting to embarrass the president and the Attorney General by having his own employees go up against him. Money talks in this high tech era and anyone will be a traitor in these critical and hard economic times.

This case will come up on primaries on tv’s across the land and many households who don’t use a computer and only have access to tv. Obama’s appointed attorney new contempt charges could cost him votes. It is the first time anything like this has happened. While the Black Caucus members walked out several democrats sided with republicans on holding Eric Holder in contempt of congress. Sounds like a big case of panhandling that unfortunately the citizens can see right thru.

He can face 1 year in prison or impeachment, but that is highly unlikely without any solid proof that his actions were unconstitutional. Unlike so many guilty parties Eric Holder held his ground and made a statement that made sense with last lines redirecting on the importance of public safety.  And while I commend the Republicans for taking action on their beliefs, I just wish they believed in something other than conspiracy against a very respectable man.  That’s like going after Oprah’s Stedman. This may be the biggest farce conspiracy in history. Never mind that Eric Holder is the first attorney general to be held in contempt for doing nothing.
