2008 YGA AWARDS CALL FOR ENTRIES
NEW YORK- The 2008 YGA AWARDS invites authors and publishers to submit books and published works self-published, small press, p.o.d., e-book or mainstream published in all genre categories from fiction, non-fiction, science fiction, mystery, spiritual, poetry, how-to-books, cookbooks, children's books, biography and autobiographies to anthologies, magazines, teen novels, photography, young adult, erotica, urban literature, health and fitness, self-help, p.o.d. and e-books (provided hard copy is submitted) published on or after January 1,2001.
Submissions are judged by the Disilgold Top Advisory Board for overall excellence in quality and content, plus author promotional and marketing savvy which is critical for mass marketing appeal.
An online awards show specializing in honoring, scouting, recognizing and awarding professionals in multi-industries, literary awards are our main prioroty, but entrants who are nominated are posted on Disilgold.com during the year in various categories by September 1st ongoing and may obtain the official YGA nomination seal at www.Disilgold.com.

Winners are posted on New Year's Eve by 12 midnight on the Literary Legends Ball hosted online. It's the 1st and largest African American Literary Awards show of its kind. Other multi-industry award winners of the YGA are also, featured during the online extravaganza. Winners in each category obtain an official YGA Awards Seal for personal use or web site showcase. Our grand prize winners of a TOP 5 YGA Award category like MOST OUTSTANDING AUTHOR, MEDIA, BUSINESS, ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR & POET and bonus HUMANITARIAN OF THE YEAR AWARD in 2008 earn a coveted plaque. In 2008, Disilgold SOUL Literary Review Magazine re-launches its ANNIVERSARY PRINT ISSUE featuring surprise spotlight of members. Anyone can subscribe once available and ads are not permitted in this issue. It is totally sponsored by Disilgold Publishing and features current annual YGA Award winners and prior year YGA Award winners, compliments of Disilgold. Corporate advertising however, is available with complimentary bulk subscriptions. Request media rates.

Submissions must be postmarked no later than December 1st and categories may fill prior to deadline. Entrants must check the web site for winners. A general e-newsletter of winners will be distributed several times to our mailing list serv via the DISILGOLD PRESSRELEASEBLASTER, posted on our site and syndicated on www.DisilgoldSOUL.com for easy reference by members and guests of the media, celebrities, book buyers and more!
