Some of Aaliyah fans ‘dissed’ DRAKE hard when a posthumous release of re-recorded unreleased footage of music was released online with Drake on cut who is the ‘PRODUCER” of the project. A producer means one has the money to bring a project to life and work out finalization with a record label which handles all paper work with both parties lawyers.
Being that Aaliyah’s music does not belong to her estate it is no surprise that her brother would be in disagreement with Drake forging ahead with an additional producer 40″ Shebib. The track may not have been received favorably on day one of release, but now that it is clear that producer Timbaland who recorded many of Aaliyah’s tracks will be working on project contrary to belief. This is good news for Aaliyah fans because now combined efforts of Drake, Timbaland and Aaliyah precise vocals make for a dynamic album.
While everyone is unclear over whether or not Missy Eilliot will work on the album, would be necessary, but not a definite. Everyone will have to wait to see if Missy Eliiot is on board. Currently, she is still battling a dealer for not delivering her vehicle after putting down a 30,000 downpayment on a car. UPDATE: I don’t think Timbaland will work on the album without Missy Elliot.
